At Fido Bag, we aim to process and ship orders efficiently. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation by Fido Bag

There may be certain situations where Fido Bag is unable to accept or fulfill an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Limited product availability

  • Errors in pricing, product descriptions, or images

  • Payment issues or failed transactions

  • Orders flagged by our fraud prevention system

  • Any other reason deemed necessary by Fido Bag

In such cases, we may request additional information to process your order. If your order is cancelled fully or partially, you will be notified via email or phone, and any applicable refund will be initiated.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at Fidobags92@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers can track their order status through the Track Order option available on our website.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • In rare cases where the original payment method is unavailable, the refund may be processed via an alternative method at our discretion.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Failed Transactions

In the event that an amount is deducted from your account but the transaction fails, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically to your account at the earliest, as per banking timelines.

Non-Deliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
